Established in 2005, Ningbo Zhen Hai Xia Yi Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is located along Jiulong Lake of Zhenhai, close to Ningbo Port, enjoying convenient transportation access. We are engaged in developing and manufacturing many kinds of auto spare parts especially for shock absorber pistons which can be widely used in automobiles and motorcycles.
We have advanced manufacturing equipment and precise experimental apparatus, and there are 5 R and D personnel with plentiful experience. Our products have passed the tests by the Test Center of Shanghai Plastic Research Institute. Our company has reached an annual capacity of 10 million pieces, and we have good cooperative relationship with several shock absorber factories in China for the production of pistons with types of d25, d27, d30, d31, d32, d35, d36, d40 and d45. We can also meet customers' demands according to their drawings.
Xia Yi also designs and manufactures PTFE products and powder metallurgy products, with complex shapes, high mechanical strength and physical performance, which can be used in engine spare parts, gears, oil pump rotors and other products.
